Program Assistant (May 2013 - Present)

• Oversee all student record keeping such as placement scores, final grades, level promotions

• Coach and support CEP teachers with all aspects of the curriculum

• Advise CEP students with relation to their language needs, course options, and CEP studies

• Organize and lead new CEP student registration and payments

• Review and evaluate all course achievement testing and grading

• Schedule and administer the CEP placement test at the beginning of each term

• Organize and administer training, norming, and rating sessions for the writing and speaking sections of the CEP placement test
